  • @PsychopathUltimate It means that they digitally remastered the quality to make it better.

  • When he says "Restored frame by frame", what does that mean exactly? Does it mean that they rotoscoped it in new age animation software and touched up the graphics with new shading and made the animation smoother by gutting out the frames that are used to substitute for multiple frames and fill in the gaps between individually? Or does just mean "digitally restored" with it's original film strip? 'cause I already have that on the regular, english speaking box set.
