Dragonfarce: A Dragonforce Musical Journey

Have you ever listend to a dragonforce album and wondered "HOLD UP YO, DIS SHIT SOUNDS ALL ALIKE!". If you have ears then the answer is most likely yes.

In this video I (poorly) take samples from some Random Dragonforce songs and place different parts next to each other in the attempt of creating a whole new dragoneforce song, EXCEPT ONLY 6 MINUTES SHORTER THAN THE AVERAGE DRAGONFORCE SONG!

Now don't get me wrong cuz I kinda do like these guys, but the fact that they are famous or haven't run out od ideas after releaseing the same album 3 times astounds me.

They're not my favourite band ever, and I think they do rehash a lot of material, but the first 2 albums (before it got old) were very good at the time. Just because they've run out of ideas doesn't make the old stuff bad.

Dragonforce songs do not sound the same, some of them sound similar but not the same and if the suddenly did death metal that would alienate their fans and lose them sales. Sarcasm, even more startlingly original....NOT! (See that? That was like a triple dose). Dragonforce songs totally sound the same, a lot of songs have literally identical tempos, keys and drum parts, and this is coming from a longtime FAN. Pretending that isn't the case is outright denial. I'm not suggesting they should go back to playing death metal like they used to (although the Demoniac stuff did kick ass)

I don't really think ALL of DF's songs sound the same though. Inhuman Rampage definitely sounded pretty much the same the whole way through, but their other albums are a little more diverse than everyone believes.
