Here is some cool facts: Its called the Shunned House because it was a setting for HP Lovecraft's short story "The Shunned House" and it said to have been built upon the graves of a couple called the Huguonots (or something like that) that haunted the place and drove the woman their insane. Also, the empty plot to the right of the house use to stand an insane asylum.

@NinjaCthulhu I hadn't heard about the insane asylum part. I did see the HP Lovecraft videos you posted those are awesome (as are all your videos that I've watched!). We just couldn't get over how quaint and quirky the whole neighborhood is.
