This is a glimpse of Troop 33's July activities. It includes food booths at the Ellwood House Art Fair, Hopkins Park July 4 Festival, canoeing at Lake Shabbona, camping at Russell Woods, canoeing at Rock Cut State Park, native american culture and history at Oregon Trail Days, and hot 100+ degree days while at Camp Lowden summer camp near Oregon, Illniois. Despite extreme heat they had a fantastic summer camp experience. SPECIAL NOTE: Almost every canoe photo has boys holding the paddle incorrectly. They know how to canoe. It was a game every time I pointed a camera at them. Kids...
