One also have to understand within Africa there is racism,

They are 99 percent because they have numbers. Simple math. And they don't close the door to anyone who can add to the economy. Go to places like Ghana, and Uganda and in the capital cities, you will find enclaves of Euros. from Germany, Belgium who have residence there. Even in Senegal. Mostly child molesters though.:(
