I use the 025 at our restaurant and I can say confidently, after 16 years in kitchens, it's a darn BATTLE AXE! After a tiny problem with our control unit, which was taken care of in less than a week through your customer service, it's been through a lot of use and keeps on ticking. I was wondering, can 2 full rib racks fit in the 025? I can't tell from the vid if it would work or not.

The SM025 only has room for 1 Rib Rack however you can lay additional ribs on the bottom shelf. We are glad you have been using it for 16 years. Thanks for being a loyal customer!

Joe Lee-That is a great question. They are similar in use. You can bake and cook in your Cookshack without wood just like you would in an oven. The main difference though is that you can't "smoke" in an oven. Without the woodbox or hopper, you loose out on the smoke flavor that most people buy our smokers for.

Here's my question and I am NOT criticizing at all but just curious.........if someone is going to use an electric smoker why not just use the oven they already have in their home? It's the same principle. Set the temp and leave it.
