Isn't this just a dose pipe?
I thought the way to achieve the flutter was you run a shorter metal peice of intercooler pipe from the turbo and pop your pod filter in there

@MrNBowden its just a custom made cat back with a high flow cat no big dump pipe or anything it just didnt need it to make the power i was afer
