No that is not a video delay, light photons just can't keep up with that left hand. Stochelo is generally finished playing a piece by the time light and sound reaches you.

I've been listening to a lot of Wes lately and this has reasserted my opinion of Stochelo's technique. What a monster!

Stochelo's phrasing is very musical. He is not just extremely technician, but also very musical. El Rey del Gypsy Jazz Guitar :)

the beauty of jazz derives - at least in my opinion - from the fact that you continuously get surprised by new ideas (lines, phrasing, arrangement etc.)... even by the same artist. so i think one shall enjoy it avoiding to get too accustomed to any particular arrangement. :)
