Honestly, rather than assuming how things have gone, you may want to ask how this healed first.
Zach has since stretched his nostrils from what we have done here. It has healed incredibly well.
We used a scalpel in this procedure instead of a dermal punch to connect the two piercings he already had in each nostril.
