A Intel core2 duo 2.13 windows pc can still run rings around a Mac Pro Quad core Xeon 2.66GHz which has over 7 gigs of ram
Quick time movies were running on a USB External Hard Disk
Windows Vista was tweaked up to the max.

It's actually quite unfair, isn't it? You don't use a recording software for Windows, but you do for a Mac. :/ Wouldn't the programme take up space and affect Mac's sped and such?

@withthedragon Render farms are probably all linux based. with a mac osx server to deal out the jobs, the pc machines are like the work horses, rendering for pixar etc.

@inofaith did you try atleast installing powersupply in PC and then try to run it and install your software?

Actually, the Intel Core Two Duo is worse then the Xeon Quad by far, i have both chipsets and notice a significant difference between the two.

BUT YOU DIDN'T RECORD THE VIDEO DIRECTLY ON THE PC. Use Hypercam 3 on the pc then show this. And use WINDOWS media player >.<
These videos don't prove anything! That is why it aggrivates me so much! No matter which side of the argument. The only difference between mac and pc is that macs are more expensive and more fun to use, whilst PCs run more kinds of software. AND GUESS WHAT? A PC CAN RUN HACKINTOSH AND A MAC CAN RUN BOOT CAMP WINDOWS.
