i dont know why you miss the blue dots. the red and blue dots are bullet registration for the game. i dont know if it was red or blue but i guess blue is server side bullet registration and red is client side. red doesnt matter because only the server registers the hits. i dont know why you dont have blue dots on your weapons and i just tested ingame and i dont miss them.
you should probaly not get too much into cs:s netcode because it is messed up and the results vary on different settings.
