02' WRX running 13.48

This is my 02' WRX running a 13.48 according to a g-tech, which I realize isn't the most accurate device in the world.

This isn't the most exciting video, but it might give a glimpse of a "Stage 2" WRX to those who are thinking about modding their own cars.

My mods are:
Cobb Stage 2 Re-Flash
Turbo Back Exhaust
Up-Pipe

The vibrating sound at the end is from my slotted rotors that were in need of replacing.

The generally accepted definition of stage 1 is just a mild tune, boost rarely even higher than stock. Stage 2 requires a new downpipe (either catless or high-flow cat) and a ~16.5-18psi tune, raised from the stock 13.5psi.

how do you tell if your car is a stage 2 or stage 1?

How is there anyway around quick shifting 1-2 when dragging or racing? That's what I hate. I never can quickshift or race from 1st to 2nd because i have to be weary about breaking the tranny, other cars don't have to deal with this and it's a PITA.

nice!  Don't be afraid to bang it into 3rd gear. You would have hit 13.3 or lower. I say, screw the transmission...a good time is worth it to me :)
