Bill Gray is the founder and CEO of Velkess Inc. Bill is also the primary inventor of the Velkess core energy storage technologies.

Bill has invented numerous technologies for many applications. Previous to Velkess, Bill developed several novel technologies for zero pollution manufacturing of consumer products. Bill has worked extensively in the fields of industrial automation, materials development, materials processing, and communications systems. Velkess and its novel technology is the result of 2 years of intensive work to address pressing needs in the energy space. Bill has also served as an associate for Signal Equity Partners, an east coast venture capital firm. Bill began his career designing and building the technology platforms and teams behind numerous high profile east coast internet companies. Bill holds a A.B. from Harvard College.
