  • How do u get into the animating part? I've installed the Anime Studio debut 6 but i don't know what to do next. Can you help me like wich folder to go and where do u start? And please write it down like a reply to this. I've spent $40 dollars on the Anime Studio Debut 6 program and i don't even know how to use it but installing part.

  • Actually I just followed the pdf tutorial the provided and NGstalagmites video on Anime studio. The are close to the same program. It's all timelines

  • Wonderful! although your white light flecks of light are above the eye lid layer... copy and paste the eyelids back over the eyeball structure. and the flecks will submerge under the eyelids. try moving additional things everytime you make something.. it allows more practice for entire facial animation. :D so twist the lips a little, turn the face a little, rotate the head. it will surely help give your face a lot more energy!

  • Thanks a lot for the help. hope it doesn't bother you that I used your concept for the eyes. I really liked how they looked. I plan on working on the head turn next. I will say that doing this has made me feel more comfortable using the app..

  • How exactly can I make an eye blink without using another layer for eyelids? Is there a way I can make blinking just by making the eye layer invisible in one frame and the eye visible in another? I've tried resizing the eyes to make them thin in one frame and normal again in another but when I play it, it just slowly shows the eye becoming thin. It only seems to work when I start at the beginning of the eye layer animation.

  • @bxrcks what I do is I put the eyelids in a switch layer. I make sure the vector in the switch layer for the eyes open has eyelids that I can close. Then I copy that layer and call it blink. Then you pull down the eyelids in the blink layer so that the character is blinking. Then you double click the switch layer, go to the switch tab and enable interpolating sub layers. You have to make sure to dublicate the open layer to create the blink layer and don't change anything except the points.

  • Great video. I've been trying to get the blinking thing down, but I'm having no luck. I followed the pdf, but all I get is a rectangle that covers everything. Is there a tutorial somewhere I can follow? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • @rhythmicmoods No i meant wich file or where to start the animating or start with art? what file is it called to start the "Start With Art" part?

  • make a animation it would be cool

  • the idea does not belong to me. i shared it to help everyone. so long as you dont just copy my characters outright and gain profit i dont care! lol.
