Warning. People need to be very careful with Vonage. I was a customer with Vonage Canada and when I transferred to another carrier, they extortionately charged me another month of service even though I was no longer their customer for that month period. I got harassed by their credit collection agency for refusing to pay for another month of service which Vonage no longer provides to me. This was a lesson to me. I will never, never, never deal with Vonage again. You have been warned.

Our business is with fastmetrics managed voip now. It was a seamless migration from our standard pbx system. We kept our same phone numbers and the service is fully managed from the get-go.
