Those red tugs look like Roen salvage tugs - were you able to see any of the names on those tugs?

when will this bridge be finished? I was up there two years ago, and I was amazed at the work going on up there. Is the over pass done? From a former RI...transplanted to FL...but RI ROCKS!!

It is partially completed - you can go over the bridge one way. Not sure when it will be fully done - 2009?
