This is a misrepresentation...I've been a nurse in Texas for 19 years. During this time, I've never met a nurse that was for socialized insurance or for Obamacare. In addition, how are we supposed to take care of 30 million more patients? We're already worked to death.

I think this is a good idea, but many people here are to stubborn to change their views even when presented with solid proof. If someone can give me a detailed explanation on how exactly this is screwing us over, I am always happy to change my opinion because i like to keep an open mind.

How about Job care reform?
Healthcare doesnt pay the rent, put food on the table, pay utilities. Americans need jobs, jobs, jobs. When unemployment rate is at 10%, your propose a bill that will jail American for not paying.!!! Democrats, are you on board with this? We are living from paycheck to paycheck. Unemployment is at 10%+ and you focus on healthcare and jailing us?

give me a break we dont know how to cure we know how to kill . what obama needs to do is start another war to solidify the dems and republicans. eventually the only ones against the public option will be government workers. there will be very few private sector jobs left.

Nurses run healthcare, we ARE healthcare. We will get screwed by this bill. As will everyone else in America. Just because these nurses support this idiot's bill doesn't mean we all do. Reform is necessary, but the reform we need will never come. Politicians suck ass.

The nurses are not just retiring ,they are burned out.Many are left short staffed and responsible for critical care type patients.Many quit and take on a different career.Maybe they should go back to hiring nuns, because thats what the expect.If you stay long enough you will agree.

We don't want your health care which is really death care.
We want to care for people at all stages of life and do no harm to anyone.
HEALTH REFORM-TORT REFORM!!!!!
Let the people pay for their own health care and prices will go down-just look at elective surgeries like Lasik surgery and plastic surgery. The prices have gone down, just like it does with TV's and cell phones. Wake Up!!! Doctors will get paid quicker and do a better job. Free enterprise.
