I saw various markers on time line table, Square triangle, circle...etc What do they each mean?

12 fps is plenty. So for a 3 second animation, 12 fps would be Frames: 37, FPS: 12. 37 frames because of the #1 frame added to 36.

Ok Two Questions (1) Is there a way I can relax the fingers on the hand so there not default spread and (2) what are the short cut controls I blooped some of them but then didn't know how I did it like moving 2 parts at the same time ect.

@RaodaLiynNoet change the frame to higher number, itll increase the length of the animation
-
How do you make it longer then 1 second?

@14u2nvJohnny I believe you can either raise the spot where your avatar sits in the animation, or you could change your avatars position in the script (within your pose ball)
You shouldn't save in .bvh in Qavimator. Save it as the .avm file if you want to be able to later dit your animation again. After you saved to .avm use the export to second life option to save it as a .bvh to upload to second life. Again if you are not satsfied with the results you should open the .avm file again to tweak the animation and repeat the process.
