How fuck does someone challenge them self as actor by being a fagget on screen.
Dave is right some thing is wrong with Hollywood. Time for some new kind of people to take over.

There is a difference between a comedian/ actor playing a homesexual and wearing a dress in order to be funny. Tyler Perry was never pressured by a producer or a director to cross dress and play Madea. Madea was a character that Tyler Perry created and developed for his own stage plays. Will Smith played a gay man in a movie so he could challenge himself as an actor. Not the same point Dave Chappelle was making in the interview.

My bad...I should of said "It's like no limit texas hold 'em poker and you're on the final table against some asshole that checked/raised you all match and he goes all in before the flop when you're short-stacked"...did that clear up the analogy...

Some white comedians do, but a much larger portion of black comedians end up in a dress. It's a reciprocating cycle- put every black comedian in a dress and it becomes expected of them. They're trying to homogenize the genre- destroy the creativity and originality of comedy and stereotype black comedians. The dress happens to be how they do it to black comedians, but they try to suck the charisma out of every form of comedy these days.
