In our Day 2 & 3 challenge, you recruits are called to read Chapter 22 - Exercise, It's Non-Negotiable! A lot of you have put down your exercise plan for Boot Camp. I reenforce exercise is more than just going to the gym. It is about moving, getting active, and preventing a sedentary life. You don't have to run marathons or even run in your first 2 weeks of Induction.
I do expect everyone to do something though that isn't sitting in front of a computer or laying down the next two weeks. You need to pick 5 things that you like to do not sitting down or laying down that involve you moving. It could be as simply as "doing housework to get a clean house" or going for 15 minute walk around the development.
Extra Credit - take a video of you doing the activity.
