This is on the Springsteen album, "The River," (1980). "One Step Up," is a song on his album, "Tunnel of Love," (1987).

Oh, my bad. There are a dozen of so tribute albums to Mr. Springsteen. One is titled, "One Step Up, Two Steps Back," (1997) & Neils does cover "Wreck on the Highway."

It includes 24 artists covering 24 of his songs. IMO, it's uneven. It's *really* tough to cover Springsteen. His treatment of his own songs tend to be definitive, but ya gotta admire the effort.
