It's been roughly three weeks since President Obama was sworn in for his second term, but already there is talk of who will be in the 2016 presidential race. With former Rep. Ron Paul unlikely to run, many of the Texas congressman's supporters are hoping that his son Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) will follow in his footsteps and become a presidential candidate.
