February 2008 - Wisconsin Cliff Hucking

Location: Bluffs - La Crosse, WI
Conditions/Base: Just under a foot of consolidated powder
Lower Cliff Height: Measured with avi probe to be about 25 feet

The landing looks softer than it actually was. I guess I probably could have gone bigger, but at that height the impact already started to partly knock the wind out of me. Additionally, on this particular run it put a nice core shot in my ski. As great of a winter as that was, I could have still used a little more snow.
