I'm brown-skinned, right in the middle and I never knew the point of the light-skin dark-skin argument when really to white people we're all black! To racists, we're all niggers and on a job application it doesn't say light-skin or dark skin black, it just asks if youre black meaning its all the same to them. SMH God made us all in his own image and who are we to judge his work? Nothing can make me hate the skin I'm in.

Just what job applications are you getting? Because I have never heard of a job application asking one's race. Besides that, what makes you think someone is racist just because they see all black people as what they are - black people? Unless they are saying that's a BAD thing, I don't see how that is racist. You are talking about white people as though there is no difference between us anyway, you realize that, right?

love how people always lead back to color. It doesn't matter weather your dark skin or light skinned. Or even if you have pretty features or not. What matters is your personality, your morale standings in life, your views. Beauty fades. What matters is the person's mind and their heart. There are some girls out there who are so focused on their appearance that nothing else seems to matter to them.
