Hey Thanks for the video. I'm new to midi and just trying to figure it out. I have a V-Amp pro guitar FX Processor and Amp sim that can be controlled by midi. Would any type of midi foot controller work on it. I'm still confused some but this video sure help me understand a little about Midi.

Please do follow up videos of midi 101. I have been drafted as the sound man at my church and would like to use midi because our worship team only consists of a keyboard drummer and a bass player.

hey i found it very informative sir, but you could have made it better, but i like the way you gave a history about it

nice video and info with it but ill have to look around for more. I use sonar 7 producer now and am lost when it comes to settings so im sure DPs videos will help me there.
my main complaint about this video is the video quality. Try some different export settings and such, I find a Quicktime format works well.
Have the keyboard now what do i do?

You will need a MIDI cable and a MIDI interface of some sort for your computer.
I use Cakewalk Sonar for the software, but if you just want to playback MIDI files you can choose your keyboard in the control panel under sounds once you have everything installed.
