http://www.mrsupplement.com.au - Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise technique with Branch Warren - Arnold Classic Winner. This exercise effectively targets the side (medial) delt, giving you a nice cap to the shoulder. Branch recommends shaking it up with super sets, drop sets, etc to keep challenging the muscle. Use constant tension on the delts, to get your shoulders to grow. For good form, keep the arms straight (not too much bend in the elbow), keep the weight controlled, and maintain good posture throughout. Branch recommends a normal rep range of 10 - 12 reps.
