These are the some of the native Sedums you will find growing on our island. We also have lots of native cactus as well. July 3, 2010

  • @BananaJSSI Oh without a doubt you are sure to enjoy yourselves going around the different European countries!! =)

  • @sandrateager I agree. My wife has been the Europe a few times. I have to stop going to the tropics and fly to Europe!

  • @BananaJSSI Oh Europe sure is well worth a visit!!

So many beautiful countries here to see!!! =)

  • @sandrateager Ha Ha, I guess so, lol. I must visit Europe one day. My travels always take me to the Tropical South Pacific Islands.

  • @BananaJSSI

    Oh I see!! =)

Very interesting--that makes you quite the international guy!! =)

  • @sandrateager I was born in Vancouver, Canada, but my dad is Italian and his entire family was born in Italy.

  • @BananaJSSI You are spot on about my little island, Malta!!

Oh i see--so you are actually Italian!! =)

  • @sandrateager I'm pretty good with geography. If I'm correct the Republic of Malta is approx. 90 km south of Sicily. Also your island is very small, but heavily populated. A very nice climate you have to grow all sorts of wonderful exotic plants, Oranges, Olives, Avocados, etc. I am Italian and my dad's side of the family are from Reggio di Callabria, Italy.

  • @BananaJSSI WOW!! I'm impressed you actually know about Malta--usually no one has heard of my tiny island!! =)

& yes you are right the weather is perfect here especially for cactus & similar plants!!

  • @sandrateager Beautiful!!! The climate there is perfect!!
