  • @Airboy15 They called John "Deacon" In the early years, No-one knows why. It would have been funny to be there, with them trying to get John's atterntion shouting "DEACON!!" *LOLZ*

  • Listen closely as Taylor says at the end: "Deegan crashed in and out for the last 10 minutes.

  • liked it, I sang along to test if I really know the song xD

  • @dondongo86 The actual dialogue is between Roger and Freddie and relates to John Deacon tripping over something during the final fadeout notes of the 'bed'. Roger says "Deacon crashing about the room!" to which Freddie replies (on one of the piano tracks I think, I'd have to check the mults) "Oh f**k it!". That is all.

  • This song was recorded before the operatic part was even written by Freddie. He only had an outline of what he wanted. This information is from a Queen video I have from an interview with Roy Thomas Baker.

He's laughing as he says it, he mutters at the end, and someone starts to speak over his last word. It sounds like he's saying "Deacon crash[ed] in and out for the rest of [Difficult to understand word]". The last word sounds like "ten years" or "tenure". But as I listened to it over and over, it started to sound like Ted Nugent. After a little research I found "Tie Your Mother Down" was recorded with Ted Nugent! Maybe they had already opened dialogue with Nugent back then.
