Really helpful demo and tips. Is the target to increase the number of rotations with the breath exhaled as you get more adept at this or is that not important?

@rolandsc Glad you liked it. Not so important. Just make sure you're not gasping to take an inhale. BTW......... Good to learn to move in both directions.
