How to do Nauli Kriya which is a yogic abdominal role. Good to tone the whole abdominal area. Great for digestion, absorption and assimilation.

  • Really helpful demo and tips. Is the target to increase the number of rotations with the breath exhaled as you get more adept at this or is that not important?

  • @rolandsc Glad you liked it. Not so important. Just make sure you're not gasping to take an inhale. BTW......... Good to learn to move in both directions.

  • is the uplift in the stomach done by taking a fake inhale or just moving the muscles back and upward?

  • Does being pudgy prevent you from doing it because I can't see my rectus muscle form and I am pretty sure i am doing it correctly.
