  • that sub's hardly moving

  • good :D

  • the box was made only for a SPL purpose... not a music box, so is not recommend with music signal and is dangerous for the sub with high power, I keep my equipments in very good conditions, so in that test I didnt use full power only around 60% of total power and have around 80/85% of efficiency.. so make some maths with 12.8 volts.... around 1260/1300 real rms watts not 1500 wrms. The alpine only for low mid in bandpass and the JL Audio Set in hibrid configuration now.

  • so what? and not 130 lammh is rated at 126 dB check the manual smart guy.

  • 800 watts rms? The Mmats DHC1400.1 puts out 1500 rms minimum. You replaced that amp with an Alpine amp??

  • the point when I made this video, is the excursion of the DD driver... DD subwoofers dont have to do a lot of excursion to make big pressure level, maybe in the video Im giving to it around 800 clean rms, the hugeee box is tunned at 57 hz, mdf 1.5 inches, 4 ft³ box after displacement and a massive port... the HU is an Alpine 9835 one of my favorites, because I can make pass band cuts, the system now have changed, same HU, mid low/mid /mid high wit the new amplifier Alpine

  • possible there nice subs but my 2 12's hit 143 :)

  • Nope, run 55hz threw your sub at your normal volume lvl, then run like 36hz at the same lvl, the sub will move more at 36hz but will be louder at 55hz.( if you don't 36 and 55 hz i can send them to you)
