nicely done! anything wrong i can say about it: speed of the rain (when slow-motioned) is to high with reference to the guy completely frozen, also shape of those drops should be more oblong (stretched). but still pretty good :)

Definately not, it's too slow and too uniform.

Nope it isn't I think, probably done with Blender, a free 3D program. If it was real, the camera should take an awesome amount of images per second.

hey guys i'm planing to make a movie the month of july and i was woundering if you could to some animtion for me using blender.i will take care of the visual effect.like muzzle falshes etc.
