Nice video. Didn't see the 14.5" grates for the Lil Smokey on their site. Sent an email into them to find out. Definitely want one.

Great Editing of the Video. I really liked the way of showing how its done simple and fast. I´m from Germany and sadly we dont have any American Cuts over here. So getting a Porterhouse is almost impossible.

@MrDajjalify Thank you very much. My father-in-law was from Bavaria (he passed away last month). He always missed the "Good German sausages." He would travel for miles to find a decent German butcher here in the U.S.
