German sat down with Reason.tv to discuss the top threats to civil liberties after 9/11. They range from new interpretations of the Fourth Amendment to law enforcement's fascination with vast empires of data to "fusion centers" that pool sources among intelligence agencies and local police.

Mike German of ACLU and a former FBI Agent peacefully expose wrongdoers. FBI, CIA, and others have activist and whistleblowers whose legal protections have been weakened by elected officials regardless of their political affiliations.

Organizations and people who preach any form of hate is why world history books are filled information with all forms of injustices that will eternally continue because enough people benefit from this lifestyle.
