Awesome exercise for the upper body targeting the chest and biceps.
How To:
Stand with your legs slightly more than shoulder width apart. Position your hands on either side of the kettlebell and exert pressure as though you are trying to crush it so as to keep it from falling. While maintaining your grip, curl the kettlebell up to your chest and then uncurl it until your arms are most of the way extended. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
