The interviewer is trying to see if there is any truth in the rumour, and then one of the other workers turns up unannounced. You don't need sound, unless you can speak Russian. The blokes face is Legendary!!!!

So the reporter asks if the rumours about the accident being caused by alcohol and drunken workers instead of gases in the mine.. As the worker is answering the question the other drunken worker wonders in the background. :D The worker still denied that there wasn't any alcohol involved.
