I think that is the Fireside Study Bible. It's a Catholic bible with references in the back. It's a good book.

Lynn, that was never "said." rrrock just made that comment because he thinks that Catholics hate gays and that's not trut. Everyone probably thinks that the Catholic Church condemns people who are gay and that is not true. It is only if a gay person is actually living a gay lifestyle. And even then we do not know if they will be damned forever. We do not know any person's heart; only God knows.
I hope Steve is not living the gay lifestyle & if he is I hope he repents before his time is up.

And Dan is wrong about the books in the bible. It is the Protestants that have LESS books because Luther pulled 7 books from the Old Testament. The Catholic Church put the bible together in the 4th century and it was revealed by the Holy Spirit which books belong in the bible so the Church had to go with that. Dan just has to do a little more research as to who removed the books from the original bible, which is a Catholic book.

NO. Why would Dan think that? Dan doesn't know if Steven actually lives that gay lifestyle. It is only if Steven lives the gay lifestyle that it is possible for him to go "down." BUT we cannot say for sure if he is going "down" or not because we don't know Steven's heart and if he will repent before he dies.

Anyone know what book/Bible Dan is using?? I'd love to know. Nothing wrong with a "Team Christ" in there. We need Him no matter where we are, don't you think?
