I usually gear them with Missile Pod+Plasma Rifle+Multitracker and the leader with Bonding Knife - I find this to be a very reliable unit that is not too expensive and they usually last until the end of the game at which time they have killed more than they cost. While they tend to aim at things within the Plasma Rifle range they can take pot shots if an opportune target is exposed further away.

Hy im from Switzerland and i cant speak english verry well, but i think that a crisis suit with a plasma rifle and a missile pod is one of the best crisis suit you can have.
than with this guys you can hunt tanks and heavy weapons...

Fusion blaster and burst cannon is very effective at tank hunting and troop killing

@clubace090 it cost 13 less points for his loadout then a twin-linked plasma squad.

@kriddius you cannot take two of the same weapons on a crisis suit unless they are twin linked
on page 25 in the battle suit armoury section it clearly says " no model can pick the same item twice"

@thewarhammerclub Multi trackers and 2 seperate flamers are also a good option as the templates can be spread out and cover a wider area, or even overlap. True you run the risk of rolling fewer wounds but each suit can overlap the ones beside him and potentiall give you 2 or even 3 chances at the one model, or wipe out an entire brood of 30 Hormagaunts in a single round of shooting.

@arktheball don't use shield drones, use generators because you shield drone deaths count toward leadership tests, so if you take generators it won't, also if your shield drone dies, you can't get the save, you can't destroy the generator though.

for my infantry hunters I don't give them plasma rifles, I give them a much cheaper, great option. Twin linked flamers, and put them in groups of 3. First of all template, if you close, can get you about 5 or 6 infantry, when you stay 6" away, so you can jump over a wall, and they can't assault you. Also you re-rolling any misses, which your hitting on 4+ any way. Your hitting infantry, so you'll probably need a 4+ to wound, and about 15 wounds, thats just awesome, and their only 31 pts each!

i have 3 crisis squads:
Tank hunters: target lock, fusion blasters for armoured tanks and missle pods for troop carriers.
Infantry hunters: burst cannon, flamer, multi tracker, these deal alot of shots and easy take out light armoured troops
Elite squad: shield, plasma rifle, fusion blaster. if they survive a round of plasma rifles and advance then a shot with a fusion blaster is good enough to instant kill most space marine special characters, and failing that, the shield will help you in CC
What about fusion blaster, plasma rifle, and multitracker? Thast my fav suit, kills terminators and can hunt tanks

most of the tau army can hunt tanks, I dont like dumping alot of points into my crisis suits gear, so I stick with twinlinking weapons because it saves points and increases your hits.
Your hammer heads and broad sides can handle bigger tanks, and just about anything else can kill troop transports. so I dont think that a plasma rifle and a fusion blaster as nessicary on one suit
