This song is not about chinese migration.
If you are familiar with San Mao's autobiography, its about her restless nomadic search for happiness.Eccentric she may seems, San Mao has gypsy blood in her soul that she needs to travel to be free , to be searching for that happiness in her fantasty. Thus this restless Bohemain soul searched for the meaning of life and happiness through her travels. Sadly, her widowhood and her servere depression, led her to her sucide in january 1991.Rest in peace.

Merry Christmas but not christmas songs.
