Landing - London Heathrow Terminal Three

Landing at Heathrow, June 4th 2007.

I do believe that reporting something bad is good - that is the only way we can achieve a better customer service. If an enterprise has only good reviews - the higher management should suspect: something is certainly wrong!!! I have flown a lot and I do know what to expect: what it had NOT happened in this flight. I flew few more times with AA (and other airlines) and indeed they are improving their services. So you can learn more what happened below.

After the worst experience of my whole life inside an American Airlines Boeing 777-200, thank God we land in London Heathrow Terminal 3.

Never saw a mix of horrible things: worst layout of seats, worst boarding ever and the crew could neither turn down my light nor change my seat (but miraculously they found a seat for someone else, are they magicians?), what a shame for a big airline...

Summing up: British Airways respects much better its customers - each one is in fact important; did not feel the same with AA... what can I do?!?!

I take AA all the time. I fly for business between LHR and NRT always departing from ORD. I have only ever had great service. Not sure what your issue is.

I write BA letting them know about my experiences and what they can do to approve, and every once in a while, I notice different things about the airline. 'because they listen.' :)

hey 'thaismvs' what went wrong with your experience on board? I personally don't like AA except their cheap fares. Travelling wise back and forth from the states to england, I take BA. Like you said, I love their customer service towards their passengers. AA, well.... they're getting there. What you can do is write a formal suggestion to the company. Don't do any of that email garbage, it never works.
