I have tried meditating before and I have to say that this audio/video is the best so far. Its easier to visualise your chakras using flowers and their colours. I dont know why and I am not gonna question it. I am just happy that I found something that works for me. Thanks

Relaxing. Why are there the "Silva Method" pulse type of sounds twice in the guided meditation?

good contents but very hard voice. try a softer voice in the future. there is too much tension in it.
