The reason why the guns have a normal amount of bullets+1 is: If you force a weapon to reload the bullet in the chamber of the gun stays in the gun if you pull the ammoclip out. When you put in the new ammo clip you'll have that other bullet in the gun so +1. But if you dont force reload and it starts reloading at 0 bullets it doesnt have the bullet in the chamber so you will end up having the normal amount of bullets. You'll be able to do a second reload for the extra bullet though.

You can't play battlefield like call of duty, which is why there are so many people saying the beta sucks. They try and play it like cod, rushing out in the open, but you can't do that. They die a ton and complain about it. Also people don't like it because of the glitches, but seriously people? It's called BETA for a reason. This is NOT the full version dumbasses.
