Another problem with a dell studio 1537 notebook. It wont boot past the post, nor boot of any other device.

you should be able to use the built in image restore to reinstall windows. If not then google dell oem vista torrent and you will find what your looking for. Just use the product key on the base of the laptop when installing

Thanks for this video...very useful ... SOMEBODY has info about STUDIO 1537 with the following problem,,,, When you press the power button Nothing happens..BUT is charging the battery. ??????

Seems like an broken BIOS. Wrong Flash or something. NVM, Dell sucks anyways. When you have luck, you have a good one, and it works better then any other pc, but the problem is, getting a good one is almost rare..... omg, Dell used to be so good, nowadays, they just suck

Run the Diagnostics .... Before reseat Ram and make a Power drain, go to Bios - set defaults .... than run diagnostics .... dell fuck ^^

Problemem jest monitor a raczej jego kont odchylenia mam tak samo w swoim identycznym modelu. Rozwiązanie jest łatwe wystarczy odchylić bardziej monitor powyżej 90stopni i włącza się. Poza tym jestem bardzo z niego zadowolony i polecam wszystkim. DVD-ROM po roku wysiada a z serwisem trudno się skontaktować.

OMG! My daughter's laptop was doing that same thing!!!!! I spent all day yesterday (Easter) trying to figure out what was wrong! I had it working on Safe Mode then nothing-it was doing what your video is doing. Then I finally called Dell at 10:30PM and $300 later I'm being shipped a new hard drive, that's what they told me is the problem! You mean it's the machine itself? I think I have that disc, if I use it, will I be able to retrieve photos?

i have this 5137.what is that slot for a SIM kind of stuff under the battery?and can i get the xp drivers other than dell website.

i need that disk too i can't get my internet working i had to reinstall windows and now nothing wants 2 work please help or tell me where i can get it
