And the so-called lawmakers of Detroit want to build a monorail train system not far from this spot in this deserted city; Estimated coast: 500,000,000!! And why not...their is going to be plenty of citizens to fuel this project ...right..i mean with current 2011 city population of 720,000 people and 18th on the nations city population list!!

alot of them buildings are loaded with lead and arent livable to building and health standards..the states broke and cant tear them down because it would cost a ton to remove the bad shit..so they just hang there..thats a big issue in Detroit because teh majority of home for sale were built in the 40s-60s and wernt de-leaded

All wasn't destroyed or stolen... I noticed the nets on the basketball hoops were'nt stolen. Perhaps squatters would want to set up a home in these buildings and claim "squatter's rights" when authorities try to remove them?

Yeah man, viewed a vid called "ghetto Detroit' many months ago and my jaw dropped seeing the absolute devastation of a once thriving town..aka "Motown' . detriot, once a city with the "wealthiest " middle class..now a shithole...the city in which I reside isn't much better. Cheers nice work
