Press Pause and go to Options and go to keyboard and then click on Advance and enabe the console then press the button under ESC

Yeah I died a few times during the testing of it on the roof. There was a few dynomite up there so when I set them off it must have flew away.

Download steam. You'll be able to download gmod 10 over it.
You need either Half Life 2 or Counter Strike: Source to play it though.
