Gradius Gaiden Doubleplay - Stage 9 with Hands

Someone suggested I record my hands while I play. Since I have my friend Reilly's digital camera with me for a few more days, I decided to try recording a video with it.

This is the second part of Gradius Gaiden Loop 1 Stage 9, played on "Hardest" difficulty with myself controlling both ships simultaneously. There are numerous misses (deaths). :P

A thing I've noticed is that the moving walls have a sort of motion sensor activator when you move past a certain point meaning if you are at the far right, you'll activate the walls earlier. You aren't supposed to get yourself put in a tight situation at 1:07. Just keep this in mind to give yourself breathing space. For the spot where the 1st death happened? I always hated that spot. It's very difficult to pick off the guys in there and move through safely. Good work though.

When was the last time you attempted Loop 2 Stage 5 in Gradius III?

Am I ready for Loop 2? No ;). But I would like to give it a try. I'd like to switch from the Guard shield to the Force Field, though: I'd rather take my chances running into obstacles (which will happen frequently ;) than losing my shield so easily.

Gradius III Loop 2 Stage 5? Ummm... either last December or last August <_<;;. IIRC, I never found a reliable strategy for the part with all the regenerating walls T_T.

Hey i have a method of the wall boss from a video i saw try like staying in the middle left of the screen and stay there when he his lasers are shooting at you.

I'm pretty positive about this although I may go check sometime (when my work isn't killing me) and get confirmation, but you'll be testing out things to make your life easier on that stage I bet ;].
