I am a HUGE fan of Biffy Clyro (if you look at my t-shirt, you'll see) and i love with their new song, Many of Horror....
I was gonna do a cover of it a while ago, but i thought i'd wait until i got my new electro-acoustic guitar :)
The new guitar is a Takamine EG341SC and it is a dreadnought body, TP4-T preamps and stuff, its lush, recording it directly just doesnt do it justice, but it sounds AMAZING.
And also, i am using my Epiphone Les Paul Standard on this Cover, this is running through my Line6 Floorpod and Spider 3 75 watt amp, all directly connected to logic express for recording. listen to this through headphones and the sound is really good :)

i believe he plays it in drop Db to get a big fat open Db in the heavy sections

@thommosam i believe he may do too, but i'm not him, and this is the way i play it, i used the powerchords to make it sound fatter and different to the original as its only a cover, not an exact copy. because, what would be the excitement in watching someone do exactly the same thing as simon neil? i dont have an amazing beard for starters...
