Bernhard Reinke / Witte / Mahieu "(Is This) All There Is" Nijmegen 2010

"(Is This) All There Is" was recorded in Trianon in Nijmegen at one of three cd-presentations of our new cd "Waiting For The Bora" which was released on Timeless Records (CDSJP481). The date was the 10th of February 2010. It was snowing heavily and the roads were so full of ice-formations that it took the band three times longer than normally to get at the place. The video was recorded by Aad van Nieuwkerk of the Dutch broadcast company VPRO. The two track WAV-music files were mastered together with Bernhard Reinke In Amsterdam.
I wrote this musical piece after it was clear that someone I loved very much was going to die.
