Nice one, it losens the soil, and drags things like stones, clods of grasses or weeds, to the bodem, and burries that with fine, clean soil. The, lets say tiller, throws stones, packs of weed roots, etc. to those vericale tines as they "sift" the soil. Very good machine, but also very expensive. They built them for all tractor classes, from a small, compact one, to these monsters!

i think its some tillage thing where you drive along harrowing then while it picks up bigger rocks for the tickle bars to drag it along?
