It seems this would have a big appeal to many people. It is well organized, and looks easy to use. And it appears to have plenty of pre-set -- as well as customizable -- features.
For online publishing, an audio component would be a big bonus . . . although that would probably increase the cost and also the complexity of use. Also, I appreciate that the capability of adding music tracks can be a "can of worms" as far as copyright infringement. Most people would try to upload copyrighted music.
