  • @KhairulAnw its okay, everytime that happens it means you're working hard. just make sure to get a louder crack..the louder it is, the better your triceps are gonna be.

  • people are gonna get hurt doing too much reps dumbfuks! You have to understand not everyone is already ripped! Cut that shit down. Fuck I have 24 inch arms and thats too much exercises even for me on just one bodypart!

  • @GingerDaveM If it doesn't hurt it may just be synovial fluid forming air bubbles then popping, either way I would recommend you do some joint mobilization before any work out. This helps a lot to get the joints ready for exercise and helps to prevent injury. I find these especially beneficial for my shoulder, elbow and wrists joints

  • @lnclincoln is efa one of those things that u get from fish oil pills?? i dont eat veggie at all..i only eat meat...prolly thats y..hmm

  • @KhairulAnw u need to eat EFA's they are important for everything, and drink water. also you should be eating 1 pound of vegetables a day

  • Guys,everytime i do any tricep exercises like skull crushers or lying pronated dumbell xtension,my elbow makes a cracking sound..it dosent hurt and i have no injuries b4..the cracking sound will be louder if i do it with heavier weights..im abit concern here...anyone knows why??

  • This is good for advanced bodybuilders but dont do this as a beginner or you're gonna get serious overtraining and you can even injure yourself.
